What's New?? (1999/08/24)

• XCIN over all structer redesign.
• Open the license restriction of xcin-2.5/src/include/module.h and xcin-2.5/src/include/xcintool.h such that anyone is completely free to use them for xcin module development (see CopyRight)
• Three new functions implemented:
  • xcin -m option to print module information.
  • all the trigger keys are free to configure through xcinrc file.
  • add ICCHECK_DISABLE option into xcinrc file.
• From this release libtabe is saparated from xcin source tree and will be maintained independently. So you have to install libtabe first before install xcin.
• Add several .cin tables and .po translation from the feedback of users.
• Several minor changes and bug fixes.
